In order to compile a living historical archive of the wines we have produced, we have created a ‘Living Memory’ section of the winery, where more than 2000 bottles of only the most interesting wines, commencing from 1998 are displayed for visitors to see. This library of living memory wines is also used in vertical wine tastings, when the same wine, but of different vintages, is tasted and monitored to see how that wine has evolved over the years.
