Aromas: Intense and fruity aromas with some brioche and ripe apple undertones.
Taste: Very dry, balanced and has a good body and long finish, and the dominant flavours are citrus, flowers and brioche.
Food Pairing: classic aperitif wine, suitable for fish and hors d’oeuvres
Serving temperature: 6°-8° C
Alcohol: 11.5% vol.
