Grape varietal: Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc
Colour: ruby red
Aromas: It displays the typical aromas of the varietal such as complex cassis, red berries and light pepper. It also has a light herbaceous touch.
Taste: In the mouth it is fruity, with relatively soft tannins, showing black berries and pepper. It is well balanced and elegant.
Food Pairing: excellent with roasts, especially game. Ideal with various cheeses. Serving temperature: 18° C
Alcohol: 13% vol.

In the Cellar: Left on the lees for 12 days for a rounded complexity.
Oak Maturation: in 100 or 130 litre Slovenian oak casks for 10 months.
Maturation in bottle: 3 months
