Taste: It has a rounded, full taste, is well balanced, (due to 4 years of ageing) with lots of structure, and is surprisingly fresh with hints of pepper. A long finish.

In the Cellar: Maceration on skins for 15 days
Ageing container: 40 hl casks and 2.25 hl barrels
