E VALDOBBIADENE D.O.C. (EXTRA DRY)
Grape varietal: Prosecco
Colour: pale straw colour, with fine and long-lasting bubbles
Aromas: The bubbles were fine, moving fast and spread into a broad crown. A complex nose of lime, brioche, mixed in with a zesty citrus rind, and even some spices.
Taste: In the mouth it displayed medium froth, with glorious flavours of peach, citrus and tropical fruit dominating.
Food Pairing: excellent aperitif wine, very agreeable at the end of the meal.
Hors d'oeuvres, pastas, soups, vegetable purees, and seafood.
Serving temperature: 6-8° C
Alcohol: 11.50% vol.
Packaging: Also available in a 3 litre Jeroboam bottle, packaged separately in a wooden box.
