MANZONI BIANCO
Grape varietal: A cross between Pinot Blanc and Riesling
Colour: straw colour with faint greenish tints
Aromas: On the nose this quite aromatic wine displayed aromas of lemon, lime, apple, peaches and soft spices.
Taste: This is a fresh and a zesty wine displaying nice flavours of citrus, fruit and pepper. It is well balanced, is quite full-bodied, all other elements are well integrated, and it had a surprisingly long finish.
Food Pairing: risottos and fish dishes, excellent with starter courses and vegetable soufflés; also recommended for fish dishes
Serving temperature: 10° C
Alcohol: 13% vol.
