Aromas: It displays complex aromas of blackberries, sweet wood, nice tones of vanilla, and after opening up we note the raspberry and sweets and it ends with a slight hint of cloves. It is elegant, and slightly aromatic.
Taste: This elegant and distinctive wine has a good mouthfeel, is well balanced with soft velvety tannins (due to two years of ageing) and a very long finish.
Food Pairing: perfect with pork and game
Serving temperature: 18°-20° C
